From First Click to Real Progress
We’ve designed the entire experience to be as simple, warm, and stress-free as possible.
Step 1: Reach Out and Book
Fill out our short contact form or book directly through the site. A physician referral is required to schedule a formal evaluation. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours to confirm your appointment and send secure intake forms.
Step 2: Complete Intake Forms
Before your session, you’ll fill out a simple, secure digital intake form. This helps us understand your (or your child’s) history, current challenges, and goals so we can prepare a truly personalized session.
Step 3: Join Your Virtual Session
All appointments take place via secure, HIPAA-compliant Google Meet. No special software needed — just a device with a camera and microphone. We recommend having your usual feeding setup nearby so we can observe in your natural environment.
Step 4: Receive Your Personalized Plan
After the evaluation, we will provide a proposed individualized feeding plan to send to your (or your child’s) Primary Care provider. Collaboration with your medical team and any relevant specialists will be an important part of supporting meaningful and sustainable forward feeding progress.
Step 2: Complete Intake Forms
Before your session, you’ll fill out a simple, secure digital intake form. This helps us understand your (or your child’s) history, current challenges, and goals so we can prepare a truly personalized session.
Step 5: Ongoing Support & Progress
Regular sessions include built-in caregiver coaching so you feel confident continuing the work at home. We celebrate every milestone — no matter how small — and adjust the plan as your child grows and changes.

Medicaid
We accept Medicaid in select states. Contact us with your state and insurance details and we’ll confirm eligibility before your first session.
Superbills
We provide superbills after each session for private insurance out-of-network reimbursement. Evaluations and treatments carry different billing codes — we’ll provide both accurately.
Self-Pay Options
We accept Stripe (all major credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Payment collected securely at the time of booking.
