1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website enjoyablemealtimes.com (the “Site”), booking any virtual therapy sessions, submitting intake forms, making payments, or engaging with Eat Grow Thrive services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

Eat Grow Thrive is operated by Elizabeth Cazier, M.S. CCC-SLP, CLC, a Utah-based limited liability company providing virtual feeding, speech, and lactation therapy services.

2. Description of Services

Eat Grow Thrive offers virtual (telehealth) services including:

  • Feeding therapy
  • Dysphagia and Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD) care
  • Speech and language therapy
  • Lactation consulting
  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) support
  • Parent coaching (integrated into therapy)
  • Nutrition support (in collaboration with a Registered Dietitian)

All services are delivered remotely via HIPAA-compliant Google Meet using professional accounts. Services are available to clients across the United States, subject to state licensure and Medicaid rules where applicable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the Site or book services on behalf of a minor. By using the Site or services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments are scheduled through the Site’s booking system. You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact, insurance/Medicaid details if applicable, medical/feeding history) via the intake form.
  • Payments: All fees are due at booking or as specified. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid a full fee charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases of technical failure on our end or as required by law. No refunds for completed sessions or missed appointments without prior notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Participate actively and honestly in sessions
  • Follow recommended home strategies and safety guidelines
  • Notify us immediately of changes in health status or insurance
  • Maintain a quiet, private environment for virtual sessions
  • Not record sessions without explicit written consent from all participants

6. Provider Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Deliver services professionally, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards
  • Use HIPAA-compliant tools for sessions and communication
  • Maintain confidentiality except as required by law or with your consent
  • Provide clear billing and cancellation policies

7. No Medical Advice Guarantee

Services are educational and therapeutic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If your child experiences a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to seek appropriate medical attention.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, resources, blog posts) is owned by Eat Grow Thrive or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Eat Grow Thrive and Elizabeth Cazier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for delays or failures due to internet issues, device problems, third-party service outages (e.g., Google Meet, payment processors), or force majeure events

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eat Grow Thrive, Elizabeth Cazier, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends immediately.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
